Today, Villa Voortman consists of a main building with several outbuildings and a spacious historical garden. The villa, which is protected as a monument, is part of the wider Voortman site, which is protected as a townscape and serves a variety of functions: there is a (care) hotel, assisted living facilities, flats, houses and an office space. The important Empire style historical villa retains its original function as a manor house, but on the ground floor offers services related to the hotel and the assisted living flats (including hairdresser, pedicurist, relaxation zone and sauna).

B-juxta is responsible for the complete restoration of both the exterior and the interior. The roof, the façades and carpentry will receive a historically sensitive refurbishment. Inside, we renew all techniques and carefully restore the ceilings, walls and floors. The restoration of the Empire style wall paintings that return in various salons, is a unique challenge.
