You will be responsible for the administrative employees and architects within B-architecten, B-bis & B-city and further contribute to a working environment where everyone gets the value and support that they need.
Role
At B, you will be part of a young, growing, and, above all, very close team. You will have a great deal of personal contact with your colleagues while fulfilling a wide and challenging range of HR tasks, such as:
- Further develop and optimise the existing staff policy
- Participate in the area of recruitment, follow-up after recruitment and peer reviews
- Administrative follow-up of performances and absences
- Payroll processing and keeping personnel files up-to-date
- Co-organising of internal and external training courses
- Co-organising team activities - a well established feature in our office and, as far as we are concerned, a must in order to create and maintain a close bond with each other beyond our daily tasks
Profile

Role
- You lead the global BIM process and assist the project partners
- You define, control and follow up the BIM protocol and BIM implementation plan, in consultation with all involved project partners
