  • A profile with strong site-follow-up skills to support the execution of a large ongoing project
  • A more technically oriented profile with a keen eye for detail, construction logic and execution quality (considered a strong asset)

• You will oversee a major new project in Brussels with a scale of 50,000 m², guiding it from the initial design phase through to final construction.
• You will work from our B-architecten office in the heart of Brussels.
• You will manage all communication and coordination with clients, public administrations and contractors.
• You will lead a larger team (minimum of 5 colleagues) and take responsibility for communication, planning and budget control throughout the project, rather than undertaking design work yourself.

• Qualified architect or architect-engineer with a strong affinity for high-quality architectural projects
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• A confident, proactive team leader and team player
