Restoration with respect for heritage values.
The project comprises the restoration of the façades of the large and small building of the Grand Seminary, the painting of the exterior joinery and the optimisation of the building physics of the exterior joinery where necessary.
The façades were restored with the utmost care and with maximum preservation of the existing materials. Weather-beaten brick and natural stone parts were repaired with materials that were as close as possible to the parts to be replaced. The joinery was restored to its original state.
