A clear vision of the future within spatial policy is becoming increasingly important. The strategic vision Beleidsplan Ruimte Vlaanderen (Flanders Spatial Policy Plan) uses 10 core qualities to introduce a framework for high-quality planning and optimal management of the environment.
It is very important to include these core qualities in the approach right from the start of a project. Via an image catalogue, several example projects are highlighted that include these core qualities, as is the case for the Gruuthuse museum.
The restoration of this magnificent museum was designed and supervised by B-juxta. For years, materials were chosen, options weighed up and creative solutions applied. The result is an inspiring project in which some of the core qualities clearly emerge.
